Kedarnath Tent House – Rules & Regulations

1. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

2. Valid ID Proof

All guests must carry a valid government ID (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, etc.) at the time of check-in.

3. Weather Conditions

Due to high-altitude location in Kedarnath, weather can change rapidly. Guests are advised to carry warm clothes and follow safety instructions.

4. Health & Fitness

Kedarnath is a high-altitude area; guests with breathing issues, heart conditions, or serious health problems should consult a doctor before travel.

5. Electricity & Water Supply

Limited electricity and hot water may be available due to remote location. Power backup is subject to availability.

6. Food Policy

Only pure vegetarian food is served. Outside non-vegetarian food and alcohol are strictly prohibited.

7. Smoking & Alcohol

Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly not allowed inside the tent premises.

8. Cleanliness & Hygiene

Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness inside and outside the tents. Do not litter the surroundings.

9. Silence & Discipline

Maintain silence, especially during night hours, respecting the spiritual environment near Kedarnath Temple.

10. Damage Policy

Any damage to tent property, bedding, or equipment will be charged to the guest.

11. Safety & Security

Management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings. Guests are advised to take care of their valuables.

12. Pets Policy

Pets are generally not allowed due to local regulations and weather conditions.

13. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund depend on weather conditions, government guidelines, and booking terms.
