Terms & Conditions (Hotel Booking Platform)

HIDESTAY INDIA PVT. LTD.

1. Company Role

  • Hidestay India Pvt. Ltd. (“Hidestay”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”) is an online hotel booking platform.
  • The Company does not own, operate, or manage hotel properties unless explicitly stated.
  • Hidestay acts solely as an intermediary between customers (“Users”) and registered hotel partners.
  • Room availability, hotel facilities, staff behavior, service quality, and safety standards are the sole responsibility of the respective hotel partner.

2. User Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A valid Government-issued ID (Passport, Aadhar, Driving License, or Voter ID) is mandatory at check-in.
  • Providing false or misleading information may result in booking cancellation without refund.

3. Booking & Payment Policy

  • Total Booking Amount = Room Charges + Applicable Taxes + Platform/Convenience Fee.
  • Full advance or partial payment (as per selected plan) is required to confirm booking.
  • The Platform/Convenience Fee is strictly non-refundable.
  • Prices are subject to change until booking confirmation is issued.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

A) Flexible Plan (Standard Booking)

  • Cancellation 48 hours or more before check-in: 100% refund of room charges (platform fee non-refundable).
  • Cancellation between 24–48 hours before check-in: 50% refund of room charges.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before check-in: No refund.

B) Non-Refundable Plan

  • Discounted, promotional, festive, or flash sale bookings are non-refundable.
  • No cancellation, modification, or refund will be permitted under this plan.

C) No-Show Policy

  • If the guest fails to check in without prior cancellation, the full booking amount shall be forfeited.

D) Check-in Denial Protection

If a confirmed booking is denied by the hotel, Hidestay will:

  • Arrange alternative accommodation of similar category, OR
  • Provide 100% refund of the booking amount.

E) Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

5. Check-In / Check-Out Rules

  • Standard Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
  • Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and additional charges.

6. Guest Conduct Policy

Guests must:

  • Comply with hotel rules and local laws.
  • Avoid illegal activities, drugs, weapons, or violent behavior.
  • Avoid causing damage to hotel property.
  • Significant violation may result in eviction without refund.

7. Pricing & Error Policy

  • In case of technical errors or incorrect pricing display, Hidestay reserves the right to cancel or modify the booking.
  • Users will be notified and given the option to proceed with corrected pricing.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Hotel services are provided by independent hotel partners.
  • Hidestay’s maximum liability is limited to the total booking amount paid.
  • Hidestay shall not be liable for indirect losses, delays, hotel service failures, or third-party disputes.

9. Fraud & Security

  • Hidestay reserves the right to suspend accounts in case of suspected fraud.
  • Fraudulent transactions may be reported to authorities.
