Hotel Keshav Nandan - Rules and Regulations 

1. Check-in/ Check-Out Policy-

  Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM

  Standard check-out time : 11:00 AM

   Early check-in/ check-out subject to availability and additional charges.

2. Mandatory Idendification

     All guests must provide valid government - issued photo identification at check-in.

3. Guest & Visitor Entry

     Visitors are permitted only in designated areas unless approved by management.

4. Room Occupancy

     Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the room.

5. Property Care

     Guests are liable for any damage, loss, or breakage caused to hotel property.

6. Noise Policy

    Guests must maintain decorum and avoid loud noise/ disturbance.

7. Smoking Restrictions

    Smoking is prohibited in non- smoking rooms and restricted areas.

8. Prohibited Conduct

    Illegal, immoral, or objectionable activities are strictly prohibited.

9. Alcohol / Substance Use

    Consumption of prohibited substances is not allowed on the premises.

10. Safety & Security

     Guests are responsible for safeguarding their valuables.

11. Housekeeping & Mainatenance

      Hotel staff access rooms for housekeeping, repairs, or emergencies.

12. Management Rights 

      Management reserves the right to deny accommodations or terminate stay for misconduct/ rule violations.
