Nature View Retreat, Chakrata – Rules & Regulations

1. Valid Government-issued Photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.

2. Standard check-in and check-out timings must be followed.

3. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guests are requested to maintain peace and avoid loud noise, music, or disturbances, especially during night hours.

5. Smoking is prohibited inside rooms and indoor common areas.

6. Consumption of illegal drugs and prohibited substances is strictly forbidden.

7. Visitors are allowed only with prior approval from the management.

8. Any damage caused to hotel property, furniture, fixtures, or equipment will be charged to the guest.

9. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings and valuables.

10. Children should remain under the supervision of parents or guardians at all times.

11. Bonfire, barbecue, and outdoor activities are subject to weather conditions and management approval.

12. Pets are allowed only with prior permission from the property management.

13. Littering is strictly prohibited. Guests are requested to help maintain the natural beauty of the surroundings.

14. Parking facilities, if available, are provided at the owner's risk.

15. Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate the stay of any guest violating hotel policies.

Special Note: Nature View Retreat is located amidst the scenic hills of Chakrata. Guests are requested to respect the environment, wildlife, and local culture while enjoying their stay.
