To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly request your cooperation with the following guidelines:

Check-In & Check-Out

Standard Check-In Time: 01:00 PM

Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.

Identification Policy

A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.

Foreign nationals must provide a valid passport and visa.

Reservation & Payment

Full payment must be settled before check-out.

Reservation amendments are subject to availability and applicable policies.

Guest Conduct

Guests are requested to maintain decorum and respect the privacy of other guests.

Loud music, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Room Occupancy

Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the room.

Additional guests or extra bedding may be subject to extra charges.

Property Care

Guests are responsible for maintaining the room and resort facilities in good condition.

Any damage to resort property will be charged accordingly.

Smoking & Alcohol Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms and indoor public areas.

Consumption of alcohol should be responsible and must not disturb other guests.

Safety & Security

Guests are advised to keep valuables secure at all times.

The resort management shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

CCTV surveillance is operational in designated public areas for safety purposes.

Bonfire & Outdoor Activities

Bonfire, camping, and outdoor activities are subject to weather conditions and management approval.

Guests must follow all safety instructions during such activities.

Environmental Responsibility

Help us preserve the natural beauty of Kanatal by avoiding littering.

Please conserve water and electricity whenever possible.

Visitor Policy

Outside visitors are permitted only in designated public areas with prior approval from management.

Overnight stay of unregistered visitors is strictly prohibited.

Pet Policy

Pets may be allowed only with prior approval from the resort management.

Pet owners are responsible for their pet's behavior and cleanliness.

Management Rights

The management reserves the right to refuse admission or discontinue services to any guest whose behavior is considered inappropriate, unlawful, or disruptive.

Resort policies may be modified without prior notice.

Liability

The resort shall not be liable for any injury, accident, delay, loss, or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
