Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Guest Identification

Valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory for all guests.

Foreign nationals must provide a passport and valid visa.

Camp & Resort Etiquette

Guests are requested to respect the peaceful atmosphere of the property.

Loud music and disturbances are not permitted after 10:00 PM.

Safety Guidelines

Guests participating in trekking, camping, bonfires, or adventure activities do so at their own risk.

Children must remain under parental supervision at all times.

Fire safety instructions must be followed during bonfires and barbecues.

Property Care

Any loss or damage to resort property will be charged to the guest.

Guests are requested to keep tents, rooms, and common areas clean.

Smoking & Alcohol

Smoking inside rooms and tents is strictly prohibited.

Responsible consumption of alcohol is expected.

Environmental Responsibility

Dhanaulti is an eco-sensitive region; guests are requested not to litter.

Please conserve water and electricity.

Visitor Policy

Unregistered visitors are not allowed for overnight stays.

Visitors may be allowed in public areas with prior permission from management.

Management Rights

Management reserves the right to admission.

Guests engaging in unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior may be asked to leave without refund.

Liability

The resort shall not be responsible for loss of valuables, personal injury, accidents, weather-related disruptions, or circumstances beyond management control.
