Kedar Ghati Camps – Rules & Regulations
1. Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Timings may vary depending on weather and availability.
2. Valid ID Proof
All guests must carry a valid government-issued ID and present it at the time of check-in.
3.Weather Conditions
As the camps are located in a high-altitude region, guests are advised to follow safety instructions and be prepared for sudden weather changes.
4. Electricity & Facilities
Electricity may be limited or available only during specific hours. Guests are requested to cooperate and use power responsibly.
5. Bonfire & Safety
Bonfires are allowed only in designated areas. Guests must follow safety guidelines to prevent fire hazards.
6. Food & Dining
Fixed meal timings are followed. Outside food may be restricted to maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
7. Cleanliness
Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness and avoid littering in and around the campsite to preserve the natural environment.
8. Noise & Conduct
Loud music, parties, or disturbance is not allowed, especially during night hours, to maintain peace and respect nature.
9. Alcohol & Smoking
Alcohol consumption and smoking should be done responsibly and only in permitted areas.
10. Damage to Property
Any damage to tents, bedding, or camp property will be chargeable.
11. Safety & Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The management is not liable for any loss or theft.
12. Medical Responsibility
Guests with health issues or altitude concerns should inform the management in advance and carry necessary medications.
13. Illegal Activities
Any kind of illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate removal from the campsite.
14. Management Rights
The camp management reserves the right to deny entry or ask guests to leave if rules are not followed.
