Cancellation & Payment Policy

Free Cancellation:

If the booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to check-in, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded after deduction of applicable bank/transaction charges.

Non-Refundable Period:

If the booking is cancelled within 30 days of check-in, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

Full Payment Requirement:

The total booking amount must be paid in full at least 3 days prior to check-in. Failure to complete the payment may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

No-Show Policy:

In case of a no-show, 100% of the booking amount will be retained. No refund will be issued under any circumstances.Date modification is subject to availability and management approval.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests are requested to bring their own toiletries.

The resort shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to weather conditions, natural calamities, roadblocks, or government restrictions.

Management can cancel booking for drunk or misbehaving guests
