Hotel Gayatri – Rules & Regulations

1. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time: 12:00 PM

Check-out time: 10:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

2. Valid ID Proof

All guests must carry a valid government ID (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport, etc.) at the time of check-in.

3. Advance Booking & Payment

Guests may be required to pay an advance to confirm the booking.

Remaining payment must be cleared at the time of check-in.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the season (especially during Kedarnath Yatra).

No refund for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain proper behavior and respect other visitors.

Loud music, parties, or any disturbance is strictly not allowed.

6. Smoking & Alcohol

Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside rooms or hotel premises is strictly prohibited.

7. Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed inside the hotel.

8. Damage to Property

Any damage caused to hotel property will be charged to the guest.

9. Safety & Security

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

The hotel is not liable for loss or theft.

10. Power & Water Supply

Due to the hill area, occasional power or water interruptions may occur. Guests are requested to cooperate.

11. Food & Kitchen Timings

Meals are served at fixed timings. Outside food may be restricted.

12. Natural Conditions

As the hotel is located in a high-altitude area, weather conditions may change suddenly. Guests are advised to plan accordingly.
